Today, Town Hall has been restored to its 1876 beauty, offering two floors for reservation by individuals and corporations, a historical museum featuring a section on early Canal history and the famous Horse Whisperer, an art gallery, nature center, and a cultural arts center with arts and education classes for the whole family.
Cultural Arts Center
The Cultural Arts Center offers arts and education classes at Town Hall and the Department's separate facility for children, Crooked Alley KidSpace, 630 Wirt Road. An art gallery and historical museum are also located on the first floor. The Heritage Nature Center, located in the historic Log House in Heritage Park, offers hands-on programming on topics of natural science.

CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

Due to circumstances surrounding the CORONAVIRUS Groveport Town Hall and Crooked Alley KidSpace will be closed to the public until further notice. Town Hall: All in-person programs, classes, and room rentals are temporarily suspended until further notice.
• If a person would like a full-refund for a room reservation that has been effected by this, a full-refund will be granted. Persons should contact Kristiauna Trelay (Administrative Assistant) at ktrelay@groveport.org regarding room reservation refunds or contact a staff member at Groveport Town Hall, 614-836-3333.
• In lieu of a refund you may reschedule within 60 days.
Reservations
A contract will be completed to reserve your room and identify
policies for facility usage. Town Hall may be reserved by Groveport
residents and businesses for $50 fee per day/per event; a larger fee is charged
for use by non-residents and those who work outside the municipal
limits as follows:
$300 per day/per event (under 25 people)
$400 per day/event (between 26-75 people)
$500 per day/event (over 75 people)
A Security Deposit of $100 will be required for both Resident and Nonresidents. Security deposits will be returned if there is no damage and rules are followed. We have the right to withhold the difference in cost for any parties that exceeds attendance indicated on signed contract. Security Deposits Refund: Allow approximately 2 weeks to have a refund check sent to listed address above.
To receive a facility, the contract signer must show proof of
Groveport residency (Tax District 185) with a photo ID. Please understand that contract signer will
continue to be legally and financially responsible for all damages
incurred by participants of the group but does not have to be present for the
duration of the event.
The second floor auditorium/ballroom can accommodate tables and chairs for 115 persons, or theater seating for 263. Hardwood floors, a full stage with lighting and drapery, and 16-feet-high pressed tin ceilings create an ideal setting for a wedding or reception, family event or community activity. On the third floor, two carpeted rooms accommodate groups of 50, with easy availability of restrooms and a kitchenette. An elevator assists guests to the upper floors.
Ample parking is available in the Municipal Parking Lot across the
street, at Crooked Alley KidSpace and the public parking lot behind Ace
Hardware. Street parking is permitted in designated areas. Inquiries may
