I didn't have proof of insurance at the time I received the ticket. How can I provide that to your office?
The proof of insurance must be received by your court date in order to avoid subsequent action by the Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles. Be sure the insurance is for the vehicle you were driving and is valid on the date you received the ticket. You may come into the office between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, fax the documentation to 614-836-1953 or mail it to City of Groveport Mayor's Court, 655 Blacklick Street, Groveport, OH 43125.
