PROGRAM RULES

Groveport Town Hall is no longer offering a summer camp. Instead we will offer a 3-hour, week long program and the theme will change each month. For those of you who attend Kids Night, this program is very similar to that, just a little longer.

The program will be limited to 20 participants only. The cost is $10 per Resident and $20 per Non-Resident for children ages 6-12. The cost is for the entire week regardless of how many days you plan to attend and the fee is non-refundable. The program is scheduled from 12:30-3:30pm and a light snack will be provided. Registration and payment is required 2 weeks in advance. Payment must be made in person at Groveport Town Hall, 648 Main Street.

Please understand, this program is NOT a day care service. There will be NO before or after care offered therefore there will be NO early drop-off and NO late pick-ups. If your child is not picked up by 3:35pm you will be charged a $25.00 late charge for every 15 minutes you are late. Failure to pay the late charge will result in your child being dismissed from the program and any future programs offered through Groveport Town Hall.

Lunch will NOT be provided nor will there be time for children to eat lunch. Therefore, please make sure your child has lunch prior to coming. Groveport Elementary will be the host site for the Free Summer Lunch Program and you are welcome to participate in that service on your own.
