Party & Meeting Rooms
Party and meeting rooms at Groveport Town Hall may be reserved for your special event. Usage of facilities is $50 per event for Groveport residents and taxpayers; a larger fee is charged to all non-taxpayers as follows:
$300 per day/per event (under 25 people)
$400 per day/event (between 26-75 people)
$500 per day/event (over 75 people)
A Security Deposit of $100 will be required for both Resident and Nonresidents. Security deposits will be returned if there is no damage and rules are followed. We have the right to withhold the difference in cost for any parties that exceeds attendance indicated on signed contract.
Security Deposits Refund: Allow approximately 2 weeks to have a refund check sent to listed address on contract. The City of Groveport is in the process of transitioning all payments made by paper check to electronic payments.
In order to ensure that your payments continue to be processed in a timely manner by the preferred method, please click here and complete the Vendor ACH/Direct Deposit Authorization Form. You may also complete a paper copy of the Vendor ACH/Direct Deposit Authorization Form attached to this letter and upon completion, please e-mail the signed form to Accountspayable@groveport.org for timely processing.
All Groveport residents and taxpayers must show a picture ID and proof of taxpayer status to receive usage of facilities for the $50 fee. All renters must also sign in upon arrival and sign out upon departure to confirm attendance at your event.
Reservation of tennis courts, the Log House and all park shelters are through the Groveport Recreation Center at 614-836-1000. Reserve banquet facilities at the Links Golf Course by calling 614-836-5874.
