City of Groveport has adopted the 2009 International Property Maintenance Code with the following amendments. The pdf attached will outline the code amendments.

Frequently ask questions about property maintenance

1) What is the height of grass before the City will have cut - the height is 10" or more

2) Tree(s) or hedge(s) on properties that are vacant. The City of Groveport will not maintain the up keep of flower beds, trees and other such maintenance issues.

3) Structure in disrepair. Contact the City of Groveport at 614-830-2045 to report these issues. We will then send out an inspector to see what issues exist.
